கோவையில் பிரதமர் மோடி ‛ரோட்ஷோ' வின் போது பள்ளி மாணவிகள் சீருடையில் நின்றது தொடர்பாக சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பள்ளியில் அதிகாரிகள் விசாரணை நடத்தியுள்ளனர்.

லோக்சபா தேர்தல் தேதி அறிவிக்கப்பட்டதையடுத்து, தமிழகத்திற்கு ஏப். 19-ம் தேதி தேர்தல் நடக்கிறது.

தேர்தல் பிரசாரத்திற்காக பிரதமர் மோடி கோவை வந்தார்.

கோவை சாய்பாபா கோவில் துவங்கி ஆர்.எஸ்.புரம் வரை ரோட் ஷோ நடந்தது.

வழி நெடுகிலும் பா.ஜ.,வினர் பொதுமக்கள் திரண்டு மலர்தூவி வரவேற்றனர். பல்வேறு இடங்களில் கலை நிகழ்ச்சிகளும் நடைபெற்றது.

இந்நிலையில் சாய்பாபா காலனி பகுதியில் பிரதமர் மோடியின் ரோட் ஷோவின் போது பள்ளி மாணவிகள் சீருடையில் நின்றிருந்த புகைப்படம் வீடியோ சமூக வலைதளங்களில் வெளியாகியுள்ளது.

தேர்தல் பிரச்சாரங்களுக்கு மாணவர்களை ஈடுபடுத்தக்கூடாது என தேர்தல் ஆணையம் விதிமுறை வகுத்துள்ளது.

எனவே மோடி நடத்திய ரோட் ஷோ தேர்தல் நடத்தை விதிகளை மீறியதாக விமர்சனம் எழுந்துள்ளது.

இது தொடர்பாக நடந்த விசாரணையில் அரசு உதவிபெறும் பள்ளி ஒன்றில் படித்து வரும் மாணவிகள் தான் பங்கேற்க வைக்கப்பட்டதாக கூறப்படுகிறது.

உரிய விசாரணை நடத்தி பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர் மீது ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க தேர்தல் அதிகாரியான கோவை மாவட்ட கலெக்டர் கிராந்தி குமார் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.

பிரதமர் மோடியின் பரப்புரையில் பள்ளி மாணவர்களை பயன்படுத்தியது தொடர்பாகவும், ஒன்றிய நிதியமைச்சர் நிர்மலா சீதாராமன் வெறுப்பை தூண்டும் வகையில் பேசியதற்காகவும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கக்கோரி திமுக சார்பில் இந்திய தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தில் மனு

Sub: Violated Model Code of Conduct Hatred speech by Union Finance Minister Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman in social media via YouTube channel Chanakkiya after implementing Code of Conduct action required against her - Reg.

1. We the political party of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (in short DMK) is recognized by the Election Commission of India and now ruling party in the state of Tamil Nadu and serving to public with by giving a welfare governance. Whenever our party is ruling Tamil Nadu, we have shown amazing development in all the fields. The industries are flourishing, Education and Health are made affordable to everybody. Free Education and health facilities are provided freely, to those who cannot afford. Secularism one of the important features of the basic structure of the Constitution is always upheld by us. Now the State of Tamil Nadu is in number one position in India in many growth parameters.

2. The opposition parties including Bharatiya Janata Party are making hatred and defamatory speech in the public, media, and social media to diminish the reputation of our party and our leader, with an ill motive to acquire personal gain illegally and with a hope of winning elections by spreading false propaganda

by violating the Model Code of Conduct and Representation of People Act, 1951.

3. The Election Commission of India announced the General Election for the Members of Parliament on 16.03.2024 at 3.00 pm for the General Election 2024. On 16.03.2024 at 05.30 PM, the Finance Minister of the Union Government Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman has addressed a public meeting organized by a YouTube Channel namely "Chanakyaa". She was addressing a public gathering of around 500 persons, and it was live telecasted in the Chanakyaa Channel. While delivering her speech Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman has criticized Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam without verifying the facts and on distortion of facts.

Speech in Tamil is as follows.

நமது கோயிலையே அழிக்கக் கூடிய, நமது கோயிலையே சுரண்டித் தின்னக் கூடிய, நமது மதத்தையே அழிப்பேன் என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய கட்சிக்கெல்லாம் ஏன் ஓட்டு போடுறீங்க"

Translated in to English it reads as follows, "why you cast the vote to the party, which is destroying the temples, swindling the temples and destroying the religion"

4. The above speech was addressed after Model code of conduct came in to force i.e. after the elections were notified at 3.00 pm. Our Party never worked against the temples, any religion and at no point of time worked against the interest of the temples. In fact, our Government has recovered the lands belonging to the temples worth about thousand crores from illegal encroachment, illegal occupation, and possession, etc.

Now the temples are free from encumbrances. Renovation of temples and Kumbabishakam of more than 1000 temples were conducted in the past two and half years. Our party is extending cooperation for the development of all religions without any discrimination. As stated in the Constitution of India our party is following "SECULARISM"
